Dog nails and hardwood floors

Dogs are our best friends but unfortunately, they are our floors’ worst enemy. Despite the name, many hardwoods are quite soft and susceptible to damage. A dog’s claws are just as hard as fingernails but MUCH thicker and can leave a mark with a small amount of pressure.
